In the app, Settings → Report a problem opens the same address with the version number already filled in, which saves a round trip.
Purrsist is a reminder and a record, not veterinary advice. It shouldn't be your only reminder for medication, and nothing it shows about weight is a judgement on your cat's health. For anything about their health, diet or treatment, ask your vet.
